CHECKED AND LEOPARD !....

A good Saturday to you ! I just had a little laugh at myself in this picture oh my don't I look soooo serious ( Lol ) . As you might have noticed I decided to take some scissors to my hair and cut it , yes I do have this mad moments now and again I think it's called the  menopause !!!.
But this blog post the pictures were taken prehair cut , I like this checked skirt very much which I got in the summer , a charity shop find and have worn it a lot in the summer months.
I am hopping to carry on wearing it in colder months , but as the weather wasn't to bad  I only needed a cream top and a natural coloured pair of tights !.
Just to add a touch of fun and pattern mixing into it  ,as you know me and the old pattern mixing a great pair of leopard printed shoes . Have a fabulous weekend and thank you for your visits and comments,   Les.....

OH ! IT'S A BIT GREY......

Hello ,  as you know I am not adverse to some pattern mixing ! and once again it's the old black and white combination with a touch of grey stripe thrown in.
This dress was a great find from one of my charity shop visits , and as it's quite light I needed to add some layering for the now colder weather !.
This grey striped top was just the thing for this dress , and grey seems to be popular at the moment in the shops and magazines.
I was pleased how this outfit turned out , and adding the boots I think I covered all bases with the weather !.

BESIDE THE SEA !....

Happy Friday to you all , I love being by the sea it is so tranquil .
On Sunday Mr M and I went to the beachhut to shut it down for the winter !, we are slowly getting the beachhut done , but as you all know it all takes time, and time is a precious commodity .
As the weather was very good for October I wore this black and white dress with a bit of pattern mixing in the black striped cardigan hope you like it !.

MIX UP....

There are some clever bloggers out there who wonderful at mixing patterns and layering , I am always inspired by them.
Olivia Palermo is also very good and has some great ideas in mixing her outfits and she always looks fab !.
